Decommissioning Letter - Fall 2009

Dear Concordia Customer,

I am sending this package with hope that you will store your boat for the Winter 2009-2010. Whether it is your first year with us, or 41st, we appreciate your trust.

Looking ahead to fall, would you please pick a decommissioning date and return the decommissioning checklist enclosed. The list is also available on our website (www.concordiaboats.com). Please remember that the "decommissioning date" is the date you are finished using the boat. Actual "haul date" could be a week later as we perform almost all the decommissioning work on the water (except for outboards).

Included is your storage contract. There are two copies. Please return the white copy with your payment and keep the yellow copy for your records. Paying your storage contract will reserve the space indicated in your contract. Please let us if you do not plan on storing with Concordia.

The Rate Card for 2009-2010 is included. New pricing is effective September 1, 2009. There are only minor changes from last year's pricing.

The Winter Work Order for annual service and any additional projects you are considering will be mailed out to storage customers in November. However, if you have any thoughts about upcoming projects this winter, please indicate so in the note on the decommissioning checklist. It will help us most efficiently choose storage locations for boats on our property after they are hauled.

As always, word-of-mouth continues to be the best form of advertising in our business. In the recent anonymous survey we sent out to 2008-2009 storage customers, 29 people filled out the survey. To the question "Would I recommend Concordia to a friend?" 23 of the 29 responded "agree," 4 responded "mostly agree," 2 responded "50/50", and ZERO responded "disagree." If you generate a new storage customer for us, we will give you a 10% credit on your storage as a thank-you.
