Deommissioning Letter - Fall 2008

August, 2008

Dear Concordia Customer,

August 1st 2008 was the 1 year anniversary of our move to Gulf Road. It was probably the most important year for Concordia since the early 1940's. We have adjusted to being an "inland boat yard." Though commissioning and decommissioning are somewhat more challenging from a logistics standpoint, service, maintenance and repair are far easier. We are currently starting ground work for a new 6480 sq ft cold storage shed which should be finished in early October. We have also recently hired a local expert outboard technician which will help us grow that side of the business.

We will continue to haul boats with our trustworthy colleagues at Brownell and Tripps as well as with our own equipment. Because we are affecting the schedules of others, it will be important that you pick a decommissioning date and return the decommissioning checklist enclosed. Please call if you have any questions on the checklist. If you don't keep your boat in Padanaram Harbor, call your Primary Customer Contact to coordinate as the end of season nears.

Also included is your storage contract. The options are inside heated, inside cold, & outside; we have written your contract for the location we feel best suits your boat and our availability. If you have a specific request for space other than what is indicated in your contract, please call us and we will try to accommodate you. Paying your storage contract will reserve the space indicated in your contract, and it must be paid within 30 days.

If you do not plan to store with us, please mark the "cancel" box at the left hand margin and return it, so we can credit your account and assign your space to another customer.

The Rate Card for 2008-2009 is included. New pricing is effective September 1, 2008.

The Winter Work Order for annual service and any additional projects you are considering will be mailed out in November. However, if you are considering a significant project this winter, please contact your Primary Customer Contact as soon as possible so you can get on our schedule.

Enjoy the Season.

Sincerely,
